Cyanide-free Zincate on Aluminum FI-5909

Cyanide-free Zincate on Aluminum FI-5909

FFI-5909 is a cyanide-free zinc leaching process, specially designed for depositing electroless nickel on aluminum alloy, which is plated with a thin zinc layer on the aluminum alloy to prevent the oxidation of aluminum alloy.

FFI-5909 can be plating directly on the zinc layer also such as copper, nickel and other processes.

FFI-5909 can produce a more fine and uniform zinc layer. This film of aluminum has good bonding force to ensure that subsequent electroplating bonding force.

FFI-5909 easily immersed in blind holes, cracks, thread, grooves and other inaccessible areas that using traditional zincate solution concentration electroplating, it can also be applied to large area of aluminum plate surface leaching of zinc.

FFI-5909 has wide operation range, good corrosion resistance of the edges, reduce the peeling and improve the surface adjustment force.

FFI-5909 can reduce the cost of cyanide treatment, storage and processing of materials and saving storage space. And do not have to do 2 times zincate treatment.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT Equipment: FFI-5909 can work in a steel tank or barrel. If heating is required, flat rims are recommended. Because the operating temperature range is wide, the manual operating temperature regulator can be used instead of the automatic temperature controller. Control: The concentration of FFI-5909 is not very important for most aluminum alloy plating. However, some of the harder-plated alloys (such as the 5000 series) suggest concentration of 30%. The simplest control method is to observe the gas on the surface of the aluminum. When the solution is consumed, there will be significant gas. The solution should be increased by about 10% of the initial quantity of Make-up.
