FI-E300 alkaline electroless nickel plating has the characteristics of fast reaction speed, good stability, long service life, fine coating, less pitting and good adhesion. It is mainly used in plastic electroplating.

2. Explain
1)Bath for chemical nickel: it shall be made of PP or PVC material plate without filler;


2)Filter: PP filter element with pore diameter less than 15mn and special filter for chemical nickel are adopted for continuous filtration during plating;


3)Heating and thermal insulation: Teflon thin tube bundle, water bath spacer, stainless steel sleeve, Teflon steam and quartz tube can be used for electric heating; In order to avoid local overheating of the plating solution, start the air or mechanical agitator when heating;


4)Ventilation: ammonia smell will be produced during the production of the bath, and it is best to have ventilation facilities on the bath;


5)Standby bath: when the chemical nickel is not used for a long time, filter it to the standby tank with a filter, and soak the bath with about 40% nitric acid to remove the nickel slag on the bath and the equipment inside.
