1. Features


1.1 This process does not contain sodium (potassium) cyanide, lead, cadmium and other heavy metals;
1.2 The colour of the coating is uniform and stable, and it can obtain the appearance of brass with uniform
colour, excellent alignment, suitable for both roll plating and rack plating, and can be used for both face colour
and thick brass plating (above 10μm). It is suitable for both roll plating and rack plating, and can be used for
both surface colour and thick brass plating (more than 10μm);
1.3 Mainly used in decoration, jewellery, handicrafts, industry, etc. It is an alternative product to precious
metal cyanide plating. It is an alternative product of precious metal cyanide plating;
1.4 The production and running cost is 30% lower than sodium cyanide system.


2. Process flow
Copper plating → Recycling → Rinsing → Activation(5~10 % Sulphuric acid) → Rinsing → Plating of full
bright nickel → Recycling → Rinsing → Activation (5 % sulphuric acid) → Rinsing → Pure water rinsing
→ Electroplating cyanide-free copper-zinc alloy Gold → water washing → passivation → water washing
→ pure water washing → drying → spraying and baking.
